I just added a top bar to display links to other sites of interest. I'm not sure I like the style, however. What do you think? Keep it? Change it? Remove it? If we keep it, what to put on it?

Hmm. It was subtle enough that until I saw this thread where you pointed it out, I didn't notice it. However, I cycled through all the backdrops I have access to, and I have to say that Warlords and Pandaria are the two it seems to clash with the most. Perhaps that's what you don't like about it?

Having sites also dedicated to storytelling listed across the top is great IMO. Saves me from digging back through posts to find a link to TNG, etc. Maybe there are some exceptional RP resources that are worth linking to? Maybe some of the Lore sites?

I think it's great. I for one appreciate things that are subtle so you aren't slapped in the face by it every time you go to a new page. I also like the battle dot net-blue of it.

I also like the animated background from the WoD theme.

It doesn't go with the theme, but then, not much does except Blizzard's own fonts and art. XD

What about a link to Wowpedia?

WoWpedia and if Know Your Lore from WoWinsider has an archive that could be linked to.

The closest thing they have is a search page for their tag, and that's not exactly easy to browse.

I think it matches well enough. I'm using the Pandaria theme and it doesn't feel jarring to me. Instead of "Also visit these other sites!", which is a bit vague as to their purpose, perhaps have the text say something like "Sister communities", which would give viewers a better idea as to the purpose of those links.

Thanks for the link! I added a permanent link back to here on TNG requesting that people consider cross-posting to both sites.

I've already seen a bit more RP about since the merger, which is great since this is the traditional lull in play as many people take a break before an expansion.
