The echoes of war have never seemed to exit our lives for long. When we finally feel peace has been achieved, something new and unexpected is revealed. But through any battle, new or old, there is one constant; lives will be lost. It is unfortunate, truly, but whether it be the soldiers or those healing, not everyone will have the chance to return home. We do what we can to aid the families who have lost loved ones in order to show our thanks for the sacrifices they have made, and let them know that they are not forgotten. But to often we lose sight of those that should be forever remembered; a consequence of not being able to physically interact with them on a daily basis. It is no ones fault, our lives must press on, but when we can we should make the decision to visit those that gave everything.

A great many of us have had the honor to server our Kingdoms on the battlefield and were lucky enough to return to the praise of the people. On Wednesday the 26th at 8 in the evening, let us gather at the Tomb of the Fallen soldier in Stormshield and sing the praises of those heroes that never had the chance to lay their eyes upon the welcoming masses. Through speeches and life experiences shared, may the spirits be with us and take comfort in our words, knowing that we love and appreciate them, and they will never be forgotten!
